Kristina Johnson
Director of Sales
Kristina has been a prolific account manager at ICD Translation for almost five years. She has a casual, yet professional style that puts clients at ease. Creative problem solving, new business development and stellar customer service are her most obvious traits.
Kristina is a Wisconsin native who cherishes time with her husband Craig and two little ones. She has an adventurous spirit and enjoys traveling to unique locations and lounging at their lake retreat.
Dany Olier
President & Cofounder
Dany brings over 30 years of translation industry experience and 25 more years as an entrepreneur. Born and raised in Chaingy, France, Dany is bilingual in French and English and received his Master’s in Business from Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion Orléans, France.
Dany is passionate about his wife Virginie and his two daughters. He is a champion of several national and local causes for children, animals and health, and loves working with people, building teams and managing successful projects. Hobbies includes saltwater fishing, hiking, kayaking, bicycling, biking, traveling and reading a good book when time permits.
Raly Dimitrova
Account Executive
Ralitsa has more than six years of experience in sales. She has a background in the technology industry as well as localization. So, she decided to combine both worlds professionally and join the translation world.
Catherine Deschamps-Potter
Vice President & Cofounder
Catherine has been in the translation industry for over 30 years. She is a professional, goal oriented leader, who likes to provide clients with efficient, cost-saving solutions and exceptional customer service. Catherine speaks French and English and received her Master’s in Business from Ecole de Commerce et de Gestion Orléans, France. From Lyon, France, she came to the Milwaukee area in 1988.
Catherine loves spending time on the slopes with her husband K.P. and two grown children. She is a long time ski instructor and enjoys teaching children.
